Dave have you talked to James about the price of a TDS, he is back from his holiday now. He has an account with David Bowyer and so depending on what he can get them for depends on what he can pass them on for but he is very competitive on price
I bought a winch tray from Devon 4x4 and then welded it into the box section bumper I have, and then added some bracing back to the chassis. Feel free to come and have a look.
Truck cab gone, cage gone, hard top on, rear door on, few other bits changed and improved, rear windows ready to fit, new cage comes tuesday, been a very busy day
New project has commenced. No one wanted the 90 so I am keeping it and its next transformation has begun :shock: Truck cab is going to be replaced by a hard top with windows and forward facing rear seats. New internal/external cage is arriving in the next few days to tie into the existing front hoop...
Agree I like the coopers but you do have to be a bit more aggresive with them than the BFG KM's to get them to work as well. Just a bit more right foot

Personally I wouldnt risk it. How old is it? Take it back to manufacturer. Cycle frames can be put under a lot of stress (especially if I'm riding it) and if it fails as a result of an attempted repair and pitches your mate under passing traffic, then not good at all.
