Forget the bends
If you are on a budget and no bending gear just cut and weld straight box or tube, my guestimate is 20 to 30 quid on the bare steel, if you want more strength put braces in, it will do the job but probably wont get approval for comps requiring certified cages even if its stronger because it hasnt be...

Just fixed another leak on the Jeep
Just fixed another leak on the Jeep, this time i learnt my lesson. Another one of the cores was cracked but this time I wasnt happy / couldn't be arsed removing the radiator. it was just about reachable though the imovable radiator grill, light sanding with stretched finger tips, and a bit of solder...
