WeldUK had a new swan neck for about £14 as I can replace just that and not need the gas switch block. I've also ordered some tips from them. Its a good job most of the rot will be going, but I have seen and repaired much worse. You need an 8x4 sheet of 5bar ali chequerplate for the floor.
