hence the 'downgrade' from electronic injection pump to mechanical injection pump.....to get rid of the electronics.....!!! Thank Bo... Flywheel not locked. It's an auto. Tried locking the flywheel last time when I need to replace the crank pulley......end up having to take starter motor out and shafted a big screw driver through...long story....!!
