No more leaks! Well not from the sunroof anyway - thanks to this stylish replacement item from Bo...

If you're going to paint anything I'd paint the rest of the motor to match the roof - that colour has class ! Come to think of it I may have some in the shed somewhere if it's not dried up :)

Love the contrasting red! I might try that myself...

So is this roof section from one of your old motors then? What goes around comes around :D

WRT paint - I have some very classy surplus 'Bronze Green' in the shed that I have been saving to paint the whole car one day.
Had it 7 years now and it is still brilliant stuff, I painted the front of my trailer with it last month, and it sticks like sheet to a blanket - even on top of wiped-down oiliness... :0

Rog, I think Dave is referring to the colour which is 2000 onwards Class tractor green.
Roof came from a T plate RR I bought near Blackpool, so probably not Dave's.
Cheers
Bo.

Tsk...

I THINK it was called Warwick Green and was only available for a couple of years (79-81). It was called other things too but most of those names weren't particularly complimentary.

I don't think it was a particularly common/popular colour, which to my mind makes it more appealing than the ubiquitous boring bronze green.

Actually that Black and White one was chucked years ago.

Since then he'd had a reddish brown one one, a dark green one, a brown and green one and a blue one.

I just insulted the new roof with camping style sleep-mat using spray on Bostik - I forgot how good that stuff is - my fingers are sticking to the keys as I type...

So now it should be no more condensation either!

:D

I assumed he thought it was an insult to hide that beautiful paint colour inside the cab ?
