Been out in the yard today and begun to strip out all the back end....Unfortunately Mr.Tinworm has been busy so good job its getting chopped!

I'll do some more tommoro which will probably be wiring and fuel tank out...then its on the fone to my bestest friend Bo !! :) :) :)

Next stage is a piece of 25mm square wood, two masonry nails and a drill bit just smaller than the nail diameter.
5/4 of people admit that they’re bad with fractions.

Its a good job most of the rot will be going, but I have seen and repaired much worse. You need an 8x4 sheet of 5bar ali chequerplate for the floor. A mate of mine has just bought some sheets for his recovery truck and paid £50 a sheet.
The piece of wood with two nails spaced the distance apart you want to bob it by ensures the right amount is removed by scribing a line in from the existing joint.

If you want to have a look at my Rangie to get some ideas of how we did it (mainly Bo that is, i did make the tea as thats the most important job, so Bo kept telling me !!)
I also took some photo,s if you want a copy of these, I could put them on a disk, there are some on my build page
