Would agree with Dave on this. When I stripped my motor down, although I could get the nuts undone I couldn't get the bolts out as they were stuck fast in the bushes - even with copious amounts of LR tool No 1. I had to grind/hacksaw the bolts to remove the trailing/radius arms from the axles with the rest of the bolt still in the bush. Took them to a local engineering firm to press the old bushes out and the new (Superpro) ones in.
Just a point on the Superpro bushes, the trailing arm bushes are the only split/two piece ones, the rest are one piece. I managed to fit the bushes in everything but the front radius arms (A-Frame, panhard rod, etc) myself just using a vice but as the radius arms are so numb and heavy you either need someone to help you or ideally take it to someone with a hydraulic press.
