Fellbeck Trial

"A cracking good trial Grommit !" Comparatively speaking the weather gods were good to us this time, no rain, no hail just a strong wind... it wouldn't be Fellbeck without that though. John Davies and his team set a well thought out trial with just the right mix of "technical" parts over varied terrain. As always, our thanks go to all those that officiated in whatever capacity and helped the event run smoothly.

The experimental scrutineering system worked a treat with all the vehicles scrutineered before 10 am, this system will become the norm for future events. The early start meant we got 10 sections in and still finished early. This was helped by the number of marshals and by the competitors - it was commented on by the start marshal that the competitors were consistently on the line ready to start so mutual back slapping all round.
