Another hot and dry Hawksworth meant plenty of grip in most places and the nice wide gates gave everyone the opportunity to relax and make there own mistakes on some very deceptive trials sections.

Once again, the two Marks managed to find new areas of the site to open up and even found a nice mud run to make sure nobody was going home in a clean motor.

A couple of late withdrawals from the entry meant that only 18 competitors took part of the 20 maximum entry but a very respectable turnout of marshals meant that the competitors couldn't get away with anything.

Congratulations to Ferdy, Mark, Claire, Amanda, John, Rod, Bob, Tim and Ian on a well thought out and run trial and thanks to all those who marshalled on the day.

Commiserations to Paul and Steve, unwitting victims of the infamous Hawksworth tree that, alledgedly, leapt out in front of them at the last minute.
