Winch earth connection

Winch earth connection

Looks like my winch packed up at Fellbeck due to a bad earth cable connection to the motor body. It was good enough for the solenoid but not letting enough juice flow for the motor.

I've cleaned up the bolt and the thread in the underside of the motor. Any suggestions as to how I can stop it corroding or coming loose?

Probably a cheaper fix than your brakes :-)

Not yet, Got home, parked up, left alone until New Year as painting the floor at work.
Noticed last night it has a puncture as well. :-(
